Gratitude
During my journey with Breast Cancer I often wondered how I would be able to help others once I was healthy and whole again. In October 2008 I was invited to the SAAB Spa day where I met other survivors, I was reunited with Nina & Frank Saab and I met Amanda!
Witnessing her enthusiasm, her drive to help others and to raise money I knew at that moment that getting involved was what I needed to do. Amanda and Ken have made such a difference in so many lives with the Spa Day, the upcoming “Birdies for Boobies” golf tournament, the Police Escort run and of course the Run for the Cure with the 100 Man Run team!

Thank you so much again Amanda and Ken! The spa day was awesome. Frank and his staff are so wonderful! But you know what? I think running with a group of men in support of our cause and with the police escort when closing down the street in the middle of the day for us is just amazing! It`s one more occasion when we can embrace life!!

The 100 Man Run Team has been a great inspiration to many of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run For The Cure participants over the past few years. As the largest single-day volunteer driven event in Canada dedicated to raising funds for innovative breast cancer research, education and awareness programs, we are very proud of the efforts of the 100 Man Run Team, and all our Corporate, Friends & Family, Women’s, National and School Teams.
